A few
weeks back my home computer started
running slower and would often freeze or
crash while using Internet Explorer due
to a Trojan virus that I had picked up. I had spoken to so many people, some
professional and some not, but no one
could either remove it or give any
ideas. The antivirus program I was
using found the Trojan virus but could
not access or quarantine it. I was
very frustrated and not happy at the
idea of reformatting just to get rid of
a Trojan
virus. I tried all sorts of online
downloads and free trial offers but
nothing was working until some one told
me about AVG. After
downloading the antivirus software [from
Axiom Networking Solutions'], I then
contacted them via e-mail. I
received an almost immediate reply from Mr
David Furlong who took up my dilemma and
after a series of e-mails and
instructions the Trojan virus was
deleted out of my computer. David
succeeded where many other people had
failed but he also did it quickly,
politely and above all as a true
professional. I would not hesitate
to use their products in future and
recommend them to anyone. Thanks
