1. Open Outlook 2003, select Tools from the top menu, and then E-mail Accounts... from the pull down list

2. Select Add a new e-mail account, and then click the Next

3. Select POP 3, and then click the Next

4. On the Internet E-mail Settings page, fill in all necessary fields to include the following information:
User Information Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the From: field of outgoing messages. Email Address: Enter your full email address (name@yourdomain.com)
Server Information Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
Login Information User Name: Enter your username (including @yourdomain.com) Password: Enter your password which was provided to your in the Web Hosting Welcome email.
Note: All server and addresses entries are typed in lowercase letters.

5. At this point, test your settings by clicking the Test Account Settings to verify that your account is working. If everything is configured properly, each of the tests will have a green check mark next to them. If any of the tests fail, go back and make sure that each setting is configured correctly. Be sure your computer is connected to the Internet.

6. After you close the Test Account Settings... window, click Next and then Finish. You are now able to send and receive E-Mail from a remote location.
